- Refund is available within 7 days of receiving the order
- Returned items should be unused, in the original packaging and condition, with any labels still attached
- The refund of money will be done in the same form of payment method originally used for purchase
- For all returns, the refunded amount to the customer will only be the amount of product cost. The customer to pay the shipping fees back and forth.
- The refund of money will take place within 10 business days upon receiving back the returned items to Duraibah
*Damaged Items Policy:
- In unusual circumstances where the item is damaged upon receipt, we will pay for the shipping cost, otherwise the customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Duraibah
- Damaged items will be replaced with a new item within 10 business days subject to availability of stock.
*Order cancellation policy after shipment:
When the order is canceled after it has been shipped, the shipping charges back and forth will be deducted from the customer’s account.
*Shipment Refusal Policy:
Upon refusal to receive the shipment by the customer, the shipping and returning fees will be deducted from the customer’s account, and only the main product amount will be returned to him. In the event that customs duties are issued on the order, the amount of customs duties will be deducted from the value of the order.
For countries outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: It will be the customer’s responsibility to check the customs fees applicable in his country and the products to which he is allowed to enter before placing the order. We (Duraibah Store) will not be responsible for any customs duties or orders that cannot be delivered due to such policies and standards.
